Hi I'm Josh

I grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah. I love basketball. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to play basketball, soccer and mountain bike. I love spending time with my family and friends. I am currently serving as a missonary, a representative of the Lord Jesus Christ, and I love it! I love helping others which is why I am serving a mission, to help other people come unto the Lord Jesus Christ.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I want make it home to live with my Heavenly Father and His son Jesus Christ again. I know that Christ suffered and died for us and through His Atonement we can be saved. I love the Mormon church and I am a better person because of my membership in it. I hope that by following the teachings of the Lord Jesus Christ I will be saved in the kingdom of heaven. I know that the Mormon church will help me get there. This is why I am a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I love to attend and participate in lessons at church. I was a referee for youth basketball games put on by our church last season and I enjoyed playing church basketball myself. I love being a missionary for our Lord Jesus Christ and want to help others come unto Him.

What do Mormons believe about family?

Josh
We believe that families are the fundamental and most important unit of society. We believe that families can live together forever after death. Families are very important to us and when a family member dies we take comfort in our belief that we can see them again after our lives on earth are finished. Show more Show less

What do Mormons believe about the Holy Ghost? Who is the Holy Ghost?

Josh
We believe that the Holy Ghost is the third member of the Godhead. We believe that the Holy Ghost has the same purpose as God the Father and His Son Jesus Christ but is a third and seperate being. We believe that the Holy Ghost has not a body but is a spirit and that the Holy Ghost can dwell within us to give us guidance and direction and inspiration as well as comfort and peace in our lives. We also believe that the Holy Ghost testifies of the Father and the Son through our thoughts and feelings and can warn us of impending danger. We believe that through the power of the Holy Ghost we can know the truth of all things by the thoughts and feelings He gives us. Show more Show less
