Hi I'm Tim

I am a sport fanatic, I am a brother, I am a nerd, I am from Maine, and I am a Mormon

About Me

First, I love my family!! I have 3 sisters and a brother, and we are more friends than siblings! I play many sports and am willing to try anything! I love the outdoors and I have been camping practically every month since I was 3! I like spending time with friends, and throwing big clean parties with a lot of friends. I love to laugh, and I love to have a good time!

Why I am a Mormon

I love the Book of Mormon. I read the book for my own and when I prayed to see if it was true I felt the holy spirit fill my heart and tell me it was true. If the Book of Mormon is true, then Joseph Smith must be a prophet. If he is a prophet, then his teachings come from Christ. If the teachings are from Christ, then living it is what is best for me and for the world. We have a living prophet that receives inspiration from God! How amazing is that! I know in the world today God has not left us alone, and in fact He is guiding me through the living scriptures and the mouth of a living prophet. I have received personal revelation through prayer that this church is the true church of Jesus Christ, and I am so grateful for all the support and vision this choice has given me. My family is so incredibly close from this choice we have made to live our religion. My siblings and I are all the best of friends, and I love that. :) Living my religion has only brought me joy! So, why wouldn't I be a Mormon!?

How I live my faith

Faith is not faith without doing anything. As James directs, I show my faith by my works! I love to read scriptures and pray to God, my Father and friend. I am as close to perfection as the next man, but I believe in making it a goal to become like Christ. More than anything, I believe in change through Christ. I believe that by living my life like the Savior, I am learning how to feel worthy to be in his presence after this life. I plan to live a normal life, but to live it in a way where others recognize me as a good Christian disciple of Christ.
