Hi I'm Amy
I'm a public relations enthusiast. I'm married to the man of my dreams. I'm an expectant mother. I'm a Mormon.
I am a wife and a mother. My husband and I love to spend time together doing simple things as we're both going to school. We like to take walks, play Scrabble, watch old TV show reruns and read Calvin and Hobbes. I am senior in university studying public relations. I hope to use my public relations skills to help improve education throughout the world. In my free time, I like to read and blog. Taking care of my son and seeing him smile is my pride and joy. I have played the piano since age 6, and I love to sing. I also love cooking and often don't follow a recipe (unless it's one of my mom's delicious dishes). I'm enthusiastic about life and want to help others find the joy I have.
I am a Mormon because the Gospel of Jesus Christ as restored in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints gives me HOPE. It gives me the hope that so many are searching for. I know that Jesus Christ suffered for my sins and understands my heartaches, fears and sorrows. I know that in Him I can find the ultimate joy and hope for a better life. The restored principles found in the teachings of latter-day prophets about the sacred nature of families gives me hope and knowledge that I will be married to my husband forever, and we will always be the parents of our children. In a world that is becoming more and more chaotic, the hope and comfort I find through the Lord Jesus Christ and His restored Church are an anchor for me and my family. I was born to parents who are members of the LDS Church, so I have been a member my entire life. However, my decision to continue to be a member of the LDS Church came from my own experiences where I prayed to know if this is really God's true Church and receiving the answer that it is. I have had countless other experiences where I feel in my heart a strong witness that God is real, answers our prayers, and loves every person on earth. That gives me the greatest hope of all.
