Hi I'm Pauline

I'm a Texan, a daughter, a sister, a student, a lover of all things beautiful, and I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I grew up in Alvin,Texas as the youngest of five children, and I love my family with all of my heart. I just recently graduated from Brigham young University-Idaho with a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Physiology and I am planning on going to Physical Therapy school in the near future. I play the guitar and sing, I'm better at singing than playing guitar though! I absolutely love good music. My favorite artist is Sam Smith, he is one extremely talented man! I love to talk to people and get to know other's life stories. If there's one thing I am really good at, it's talking ;)

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know this is the restored gospel of Jesus Christ in these, the latter-days. I have had my ups, I have had my downs. Through it all Heavenly Father has stuck by my side and sometimes he has even carried me through my trials. I know the things we go through in this life are for our experience. Our experiences mold us into who we are. When we allow our experiences to mold us into what Heavenly Father wants us to become we find true and everlasting happiness. I know that the source of all light, knowledge and happiness in my life is from our Heavenly Father and his son Jesus Christ. I know the Book of Mormon is true. It stands hand in hand with the Bible. When you read the Book of Mormon with a sincere heart, having faith in Christ, Heavenly Father will testify of its truthfulness to you and you will never feel the need to wander from this course. Heavenly Father knows and loves each one of his children. Each person on this earth is a beloved son or daughter of Heavenly Father, and there is not one of his children that he doesn't know by name. He has a plan for each of us. He knows our wants, our needs, our desires, our passions; He knows more about us than we do. I continue to follow this gospel because I know without a shadow of doubt in my mind, heart, and soul that this is the true and everlasting gospel of Jesus Christ. I know this is where I belong, I know this is where we all belong.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by always trying to do the simple things to the best of my ability. The Gospel of Jesus Christ is one of simplicity. His way is simple. So why make things complicated? I love reading the scriptures. The Book of Mormon and the Holy Bible go hand in hand together. The spirit that is brought into my life as I continue to read my sciptures, say my prayers, and keep all the commandments given to us by our Father in heaven is the best thing in my life. I try my best day-by-day to be exactly what my Savior would have me be, and to do exactly what He would have me do.
