Hi I'm JaLynn

I am a full-time missionary for the Church!

About Me

As well as serving the Lord I have so many hobbies! I LOVE music! In my high school years I was Drum Major of my high school band and after graduating, I was a tech for a high school band and taught piano lessons. I was born in Utah, grew up in Idaho, and finished off high school in Washington and California. I am currently on my mission in the New York New York South Mission! I have a passion for teaching and the gospel and just love the people here in NY.

Why I am a Mormon

I am so blessed to be apart of this amazing church. I chose to live my life in accordance to what the Savior has taught because I simply find myself far happier. Times when I have been living in sin I have been the most unhappy and had the most depressing times. It has been personal experiences that make me realize that the "rules" and commandments are here for our benefit. That the Atonement allows us to change. Living life with high moral standards has only allowed me more freedom. Prayer is a large focal point in my life. That communication with Heavenly Father has been a tool that I have had to use all through life- and particularly through the hard times on my mission. There is nothing that beats having my trusting Father at my side at all times. "I am a Mormon. I know it. I live it and I love it!" [Sister Ann M Dibb]

How I live my faith

I am a lifelong member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints! I have been given many responsibilities to serve others. Right now, on my mission in New York, I have been teaching others about the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I am being an example to others by representing the Savior. The more I share the message of Christ's restored church, the more I come to understand how crucial this time on earth is, to prepare ourselves to meet God again.
