Hi I'm Jace

I grew up in Phoenix, Arizona. I write and record and perform my own original songs. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I enjoy playing guitar, singing, and songwriting, as well as recording my music. I collect vinyl records. Describing myself as a music enthusiast would be an understatement. I enjoy creating anything, dabbling in drawing, painting, music, architecture, photography, videography, and many other things. I am the oldest of four. I used to be going to university but am going on a mission where I will learn Spanish. I hope to start my own business someday and help make the world a better place, as well as start a family. My favorite things in the world are vinyl records, vintage car and motorcycle magazines, concerts, travelling, meeting new people, being creative, the smell of the rain, the wonderful aura of Christmas time, the Gospel, and making my mark on this world.

Why I am a Mormon

This church teaches that this life is a time to prepare to meet God again in our later life by having faith in His plan, following the commandments, and enduring until the end. When I obey the commandments and recognize the ideas that the church promotes, I have an eternal perspective and it makes me happy. There is no reason to be in distress or depressed because I have the church. I feel such happiness when I realize what this church offers and I know it is true, there is no denying it.

How I live my faith

I am a role model as I am the oldest child in my immediate family, as well as my dad's extended side of the family. Doing the right thing and being respectful in a consistent manner is an integral part of what the Gospel is, so I try everyday to keep the state of mind of being respectful and responsible. I am about to take two years out of my life to serve a mission for the church, and that is all because of my faith.
