Hi I'm Tyson

I grew up in Utah. I have done gymnastics for 14 years. I am a missionary in Bolivia Cochabamba, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

In my short life I have only been three things really, a student, a gymnast, and a Mormon (or member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints). In schooling I graduated high school with my associates degree. In gymnastics i went to three Junior Olympic nationals. All of which I fell and didn't do my best because of all the pressure, but still made it. Didn't make it to college for gymnastics, but learned a lot from trying. And I was born into the religion of being a Mormon, and I still love the gospel.

Why I am a Mormon

My parents are members, and their parents before them, but that is not why I am a Mormon. Im a Mormon because when I was 14 I had the question of why i was following this lifestyle. Being a member requires a little bit of sacrifice. So on bended knee i prayed and asked God if this was the true church. He responded me with a feeling of love indescribable. So now I gladly make the sacrifices, knowing that I am doing what my Heavenly Father wants me to do.

How I live my faith

In the church I have had past assignments in the qourums, or group that I was in. Currently I don't have an assignment but I am preparing to serve a full time mission. This is where a young man or young women around the age of usually 19 go out and give two years of their life to preach the gospel to those who don't know about it. I am excited and have grown a lot already.
