Hi I'm Danny Razo

I'm a martial artist, I'm a musician, I'm a polyglot, I love space rock and avant-garde music, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to practice various styles of martial arts, including Muay Thai, Choy Li Fut, and Tang Soo Do. I have been a musician, playing mostly piano and bassoon for several years now. I am a declared chemistry major hoping to go into dental school, I love playing video games and watching movies, I love animals, and I enjoy hanging out at wal-mart with friends too. I also especially appreciate languages, and I enjoy learning new languages in my spare time. Currently, I am fluent in english, spanish, and italian, and I am learning french and russian.

Why I am a Mormon

Although I was born into the church, I didn't always want to be a part of it. It was only through struggles with the deaths of several close friends and family members, several dark mistakes and attempted suicides, and an extreme hate towards the world--in other words, when I was at my lowest point and in total despair--when I truly and desperately cried out to my God in pain. It was then that I truly felt His love, and I knew that I could no longer deny the truthfulness and importance of this gospel. I knew it was true, and I knew God loved me, and I knew that I would no longer dare to deny this fact, for He had strengthened me and miraculously pulled me up from the depths of that dark abyss known as despair to an astonishingly brilliant and resplendent place called hope. This is why I am a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I am currently serving a full-time mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in the Idaho Boise mission.

What is The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints' attitude regarding homosexuality and same sex marriage?

I personally have a lot of friends who are gay. Then again, I have a lot of friends who are straight. I guess I just have a lot of friends, don't I? We're all children of God, and we all sin differently, but He loves us all equally regardless. Show more Show less
