Hi I'm Morgan

I love the outdoors, music, and food. And I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My favorite thing to do is listen. Whether it is listening to music or to people, I love it. I enjoy meeting new people and learning their story. I am amazed how differently everyone lives their lives and how people overcome their trials. As for me, nothing beats hiking, camping, swimming, water-skiing, or cycling. I love traveling and adventuring and cannot wait to see what this wonderful world God has created can offer. I am very family oriented; being the youngest of five girls, I enjoy being with them and playing with my 7 nieces and nephews. I attended a university and studied Special Education and hope to work with kids with special needs. I aspire to be a mother and a wife and create a home that is centered around Christ. I do my best to live life as my Savior did, to it's fullest. We should not just survive life, we should live it.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I have prayed to my Heavenly Father to know for myself if this is the true church. With much prayer, studying, and diligence of keeping His commandments, I have received an answer that this is the gospel that contains all truth. My personal conversion has been a process, and still continues, but my love for this gosepl never stops growing. I love being Mormon because Christ has helped me understand my purpose in life and why I should serve as He did in order to live with Him and my family for eternity. I am tremendously grateful for His atonement and how I can be forgiven for my imperfections. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is so important to me that serving a full-time mission was the least I could do to serve my Lord. I am currently serving in the Philippines and I encourage all who may have questions or desire to know more about the LDS faith, to call upon the LDS missionaries in your area to learn more about how your questions can be answered.

How I live my faith

"Endure to the End." In this life, we are supposed to follow our Savior's example. Though acquiring Christlike attributes is difficult, if we truly know our purpose in life, then we can become perfect. I study my scriptures and pray to be spiritually uplifted, but I do my best to prove my faith by my actions. I strive to become more like Christ by turning "outward" to others as He did. I have learned that it is not easy to always be cautious of others and selfless in serving them, but it is my goal to learn to serve others no matter the circumstances in my life. I use His atonement in my life for my shortcomings. I am thankful for His gospel in my life, His atonement, and His love that I feel daily.
