Hi I'm Ethan

I'm a missionary in the California San Diego Mission. And I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am the youngest in a family with six children. I have four brothers and one sister. Growing up, my siblings were involved in very different things ranging from sports such as soccer and diving, to the arts of violin and piano. I eventually got to the point where I prayed to know who God needed me to be. I started to search for things that I enjoyed. When I began finding what activities I liked I realized that I love to sing. I joined the choir at my high school and loved it. It was such a blessing to spend so much time with some of my closest friends. I not only loved the friends I had made but also my testimony the Savior grew. I learned that My Father in Heaven knew me and that I would learn and grow spiritually as I expressed my feelings in song. I also enjoyed hanging out with my friends that weren't involved in choir. Although they were involved in very different things than I, we found ways to enjoy hanging out. I enjoy meeting new people and trying new things.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I have a testimony in Jesus Christ and His atonement. I know that Joseph Smith prayed to know the truth and that God the Father and His Son Jesus Christ appeared to him. I believe in a God who is merciful. No matter what, I know that if I repent my Heavenly Father will always be there waiting for me to return to him. I know that Thomas S. Monson is the true prophet today and that the apostles are men called of God who receive revelation for His church. I know that the Book of Mormon is a true testament of Christ. I know these things because I have prayed to know if they were true.

How I live my faith

Currently I am serving my Mission in San Diego California for the next two years of my life. I love to serve my Heavenly Father and hope to share with others the blessings that the gospel has brought to me.
