Hi I'm Daniel Taylor

I'm an ordinary boy from northern Utah with a rich heritage in the church and I'm preparing to serve a mission in Ohio!

About Me

I make a great effort to be interested in everything i can. I like : Church, People, Music, Sports, Art, Mechanics, Computers, Games, Dancing, Exercise, Reading, Snowboarding, Writing, Genealogy, and almost anything else you can think of! I'm from a big family with 3 brothers and 3 sisters. I graduated from Bear River High School as a valedictorian and I attended the University of Utah to get a degree in computer science. I've worked as a tutor, cashier, janitor, lifeguard, and in shipping and handling. I love people and believe that relationships are the most important thing in the world.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because this church not only makes me happy but brings lasting peace and assurance. It helps me to understand where i'm from, who i am, and where i am going. It answers the biggest questions in life and helps me to know what my purpose is here on Earth. I am a Mormon because i agree with the concepts and ordinances taught by the church. They make logical sense to me and they feel right. I believe all churches have something good to offer and are full of truths, but I believe that our church is the restored gospel of Jesus Christ and is functioning in the same manner it would if Christ was personally ministering on the Earth today. I'm LDS because this gospel is one of revelation, prayer, understanding, searching, kindness, and absolute happiness.

How I live my faith

I live my faith everyday by reading from the "best of books" and by taking good care of my body and family. I am preparing to serve a mission and i try hard to do well in all of the assignments that the church gives to me. I believe the best way to help others and change people's lives for the better is by loving them no matter what, for who they are. I have lots of great friends who do just that for me and it makes all the difference in the world.
