Hi I'm Joshua

I grew up in Utah, Germany, Washington D.C., Florida, France, and Austria. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in a bilingual household. My mother always spoke German to me and my 8 siblings, while my father only spoke English with us. I have 5 biological brothers, and 3 adopted sisters. With a mother who works as a German professor, and a father in the US Air force, I've been blessed to travel and live abroad for much of my life. I was studying art history at BYU, but an now currently serving an LDS mission.

Why I am a Mormon

Through out my life, I've lived within and without gospel standards. From purely pragmatic perspective, I've found that I'm simply happier when I have faith in Jesus Christ and His restored gospel. I'm simply happier when I obey the simplest of commandments. I've had many experiences in my life when I've felt Christ's atonement give me peace in my darkest hour.

How I live my faith

I participate in church and it's activities. But for me, more importantly is daily prayer and scripture study. I also try to go to the temple at a weekly basis. I try my best to be charitable, tolerant, and loving to all those around me. I'm not perfect, in fact, I'm far from it... but I try my best.
