Hi I'm Tiffiny

I am a music lover and a green-smoothie slurper. My family is my joy and my Savior Jesus Christ is my life. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am 20 years old. I love music. I have, so far, gone to one semester at USU in the Music Therapy Program. I love to write music and share it with others. Playing the piano and singing bring me so much peace! I have a BLAST playing Ultimate Frisbee. I also enjoy photography. I like to learn. I lived in Oregon for 10 years and LOVED the clean, clear morning air right after a rain storm. It's the best. I am a missionary in the Iowa, Des Moines Mission. :)

Why I am a Mormon

The reason I am a Mormon is simple, really. I read the Book of Mormon (which testifies that Jesus is the Christ) and prayed to know if it is true. Heavenly Father gave me a peaceful feeling in my heart, one of comfort and joy, as He does every time I read the Book of Mormon. By that strong, yet quiet feeling, I know it is true! I know that if anyone prays to God, He is there listening. He will always answer your prayer, in His timing and in His way- the best way. I know that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is His gospel restored on the earth- the same as it was when Christ established it thousands of years ago. He has called a living prophet! It all just makes sense. I invite anyone and everyone who has a desire to know, to read the Book of Mormon, think about what it is saying, and then pray, as I have, to know if it is true. I promise that our Loving Father in Heaven will answer you. He wants to! You just need to give him a chance. :)

How I live my faith

I have been blessed with the opportunities to serve in my community and in my ward. Service is a huge way I love living my faith. I am also currently serving a mission in the Iowa, Des Moines area. I have learned over and over that trusting in Heavenly Father is also living my faith. Change is a hard thing, but when I trust in Him and keep an eternal perspective, He helps me and my faith grow the most. No matter what anyone else says, I will always stand as a witness of our Savior and Redeemer Jesus Christ.
