Hi I'm Adam

I am a musician, audio engineer, firearms collector, and a missionary! I grew up in Salt Lake, UT. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a great, great grandson of the Apostle, Orson Pratt. While I moved around a little bit, I've spent basically my whole life in Utah. However, I am also convert, and was baptized at the age of 22. I am now serving a mission in the England Manchester Mission! I love and cherish the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I am a musician. I love music! I've performed just about every style of music out there - even the ones I don't particularly care for. I'm a bassist, but also play guitar (all sorts), ukulele, piano, organ, drums and percussion, a little trumpet and violin, and I sing. However, I play by ear and am still working on being able to read music. My love for all instruments caused me to develop a passion for audio production and engineering. I also enjoy working with computers. I also have a love for the outdoors, and I love camping, fishing, and hunting. I love firearms, and collect them. Though I'm not very good at it, I do enjoy dancing! My name is Adam, and I'm a Mormon!

Why I am a Mormon

It took me a long time to gain my testimony. I can say that I know now, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that God lives. We are sons and daughters of a loving Heavenly Father. I know that because he told me. I know that he does not work in secrecy or in darkness. He answers prayers, if we will just ask. I'm grateful to know that Temple work, and Missionary work is happening right now, and that the Priesthood Authority required to do that work was restored through Joseph Smith. I grateful to know that this work is being led by Jesus Christ through a living prophet on the earth today, Thomas S Monson.

How I live my faith

I have a strong belief in maintaining high standards in every area of life, and not just on Sundays. I learned that from my parents, and I believe that is what brought me to this Church, even though my parents are not members of it. I am currently serving a mission in Manchester, England, and I love it. There is nothing quite like sharing the testimony you have gained with others, and helping them gain their own relationship with, and testimony of our savior Jesus Christ.
