Hi I'm Ximena

I´m from Costa Rica, I met the church at the age of twelve, and I´m a happy mormon!

About Me

I graduated from Culinary Arts school and I am currently studying Primary Education to be a school teacher. I love swimming and reading.

Why I am a Mormon

It´s a joy to be part of this gospel, it has always been. I met the church when I was twelve, and was baptized a week after I turned thirteen. I became the only member of my family and five years later my mom was baptized. I have had the chance to prove every commandment and I have learned that the only way to carry on is by obedience and faith. If both of this are strong then everything else will be easy to follow and the spirit will follow you through every trial and happy moment. I know from my heart this gospel is true, that it was restored by the prophet Joseph Smith and that this church is led by Jesuschrist himself through his prophets and apostles. I´m a happy mormon, and I look forward the blessings of heaven in my life.

How I live my faith

I work as a secretary for the women organization in the church, I have been a counselor for young women and I love visiting the older people from my ward.

How can faith in Jesus Christ influence us in our marriages and family relationships? in our friendships?

Ximena
Making Jesuschrist the foundation of a marriage, relationship or friendship gives us the chance of trusting in one another, in letting the spirit guides our decisions and giving our feelings a divine nature that will lead to respect and love. This way it´s easier to understand one another and put the other person´s interest in first place, if both do that then everyone is satisfied. Show more Show less
