Hi I'm Jennifer

I am a mom and chauffeur of three busy kids. I also love to travel with my family. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am a mom of three busy kids. One in High School, one in Middle School, and one in Elementary School. I love being a mom! I also am a substitute teacher and enjoy being with children. I love to read, play the piano and travel. I also love to bake.

Why I am a Mormon

I have always been a Mormon. I was born into a family that went to the Mormon Church and at 8 years old, I chose to be baptized. I've never had any doubts that this is where I'm meant to be. I've been happily married for almost 20 years and love my family so very much. I know that we've been blessed being members of this amazing chuch. I know that by being a Mormon my family is better off than we would be if we were not Mormon. My children have been taught the gospel of Jesus Christ by my husband and I at home, but also at church each week. I love that we teach each other at church and have a worldwide family that believes the same as we do no matter where we go, or where we live. I love that we have a prophet of God that leads and guides our church today. We get to learn from him and follow his Christlike example. I know that if we have problems in our lives (like we all do) we can get answers to our prayers by reading the scriptures and praying. I've had this happen to me over and over in my life and appreciate the guidance that our Heavenly Father gives me. I am truly grateful to be a Mormon!

How I live my faith

I live my faith by attending church every week. I love going to church and feeling the Spirit each time I attend with my family. I accompany our church choir for practices and performances. I also help organize the childrens classes and instruction in our ward. I love that each person does their part to make our church run smoothly. I also live my faith by volunteering in my school community. We each just need to do our part to help things run a little smoother. I also try to treat others the way that Jesus did and by trying to be a good example to those around me. At home, I live my faith by praying over meals and at other times, studying scriptures with my family and having a night each week to meet as a family to teach the gospel of Jesus Christ to our children.
