Hi I'm Erika

I'm the oldest of six children and I've lived in Utah my whole life. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I attended Brigham Young University for one semester before I received my mission call and I loved being there. I enjoy having a wholesome college experience. One of my passions is to travel, not just travel, but also do humanitarian work throughout the world. I have been able to go to Vera Cruz, Mexico and Zambia, Africa. I will never forget the experiences I had while serving there. They have molded me into the person I am today.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I love the truth of the gospel of Jesus Christ. I love the happiness in my life when I live the gospel. The gospel has brought me closer to my family and to others that I love. I am comforted to know that I can be forgiven of my sins. I am also comforted to know that I can be with my family forever. Death is not the end. Being a Mormon is who I am. I try to live my life in accordance with the principles taught in the LDS church.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by doing the small things such as praying, reading the scriptures, going to Church, and fulfilling my callings. I was recently called as the primary teacher for five little six-year olds.
