Hi I'm Miranda

I'm an outdoors enthusiast, an aspiring entrepreneur, a college student, and yes, I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am all about being happy. I love to make others happy, which is why I am about to take on a great adventure, serving a mission. I am called to be a mouth of God and to bring happiness to the people in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. I have spent my life enjoying my family, my friends, horseback riding, camping, school, and the church.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints true. Yes, my parents raised me in the church, but I know for myself that this church teaches the truth. The Book of Mormon is a powerful book, it contains the truth. Not only is the church a good moral standard of living, but it's the best way to ensure happiness in life.

How I live my faith

I know it, I live it, I love it. I live my faith by trying my best to be like Christ and following his commandments. In the church, I am currently teaching energetic 4&5 year olds. They soak in the gospel like sponges (I really could be taking lessons from them). Church is a great way to come closer to God. I love attending church, the temple, and any ward activities. I live my faith by participating in service. Service is very important to me and has brought me a lot of joy throughout my life. I especially like working with children with disabilities. My experiences through the service I have performed has brought me closer to God and happiness. I live my faith with my family. We work together and help each other reach our full potential.

How can I know Mormonism is true?

How do you find out if anything is true? You go to the source. Pray to Heavenly Father, ask him about the church. He will answer if you sincerely ask. After getting your answer, I would recommend reading the Book of Mormon, meeting with the missionaries, and going to church. This will help you learn more about the truthfulness of the church.
