Hi I'm Andrew

I grew up in Southern California. I am a Mechanical Engineer who is a huge Laker fan, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I live in San Diego. I love hanging with friends and family, watching movies, playing sports, and going to the beach. I also enjoy traveling, meeting new people, and staying fit. As a Mechanical Engineer I design commercial aircraft for a living.

Why I am a Mormon

I was baptized Mormon when I was eight years old. However I am a Mormon today because of my own spiritual journey, that started with reading the scriptures, praying for guidance from God, and at various times in my life receiving an overwhelming spiritual impression that can only be described as the greatest joy and peace that I have ever felt and that only God could give. I know that the message we share is true, so much that I spent two years of my life away from family and friends, to share it with the people of England. I know that rules we live by do not restrict us, but make us free and protect us from the dangers and sorrows of this world because they are from a loving Heavenly Father and our Savior Jesus Christ who so desperately want to help and protect us.

How I live my faith

I strive to live my faith by doing those things that I believe my Savior would do. Through out the year I participate with those of my congregation in serving the community by helping those in need. I serve in my local congregation, as all members are invited to do, in a variety of capacities that have been a great blessing in my life and have brought me closer to my Savior. I have enjoyed most watching over fellow members of the congregation through an inspired program called Home Teaching, where members visit with one another at least once a month and to see how they are doing and share a spiritual message.
