Hi I'm Taylor

"I grew up in Southern California. I love to sing and dance and a big fan of Disney. Yes, I am Mormon."

About Me

I have been a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints since I was born and love to do service for the church. Ever since I was young I have always loved to sing church primary songs and Disney princess songs and to dance to Singing in the Rain and to Nsync. I have always loved to play sports which include soccer, swimming and track and field events. I also love to go camping the beach. I am going to be a sophmore in college.

Why I am a Mormon

All my life I have been born and raised in the church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. By the example of my family and always going to church every Sunday has helped me learn and know that the gospel of Jesus Christ is true. That by his atoning sacrifice I am able to repent of my sins and return to live with my Father in Heaven again and be with my family for time and all eternity. I know that Joseph Smith was a true prophet of God and that through him the gospel of Jesus Christ was once again restored on the earth. I know that he translated the Book of Mormon. I am grateful for having the gospel in my life to help me get through trials and tribulations that I have faced. I know that I am a child of god and that he loves his children here on earth that he sent his only begotten son. I am grateful to have the opportunity to one day enter into the Lords house. Lastly I know that by living his commandments and by making good choices as Sister Marjory Hinckley once quoted " By small and simple things are great things brought to pass." I know these things to be true in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

How I live my faith

I am well known for my community service within the local citys in Southern California. I volunteer in summer street fair fundraisers and helping conduct local city parades. During church I have on one or two occasions taught lessons to young teenagers about sharing the gospel and being good examples to all those around them. During a lesson I was teaching I shared a scripture from Doctrine and Covenants 121:45 that states " Let virtue garnish thy thoughts unceasingly then shall thy confidence wax strong in the presence of God." I love this particular scripture because it tells and reminds us how important our thoughts and actions are and how they can affect the choices that we make.
