Hi I'm Chelsea

I am a daughter, a sister and a friend but first and foremost I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am a 19 years old and I am currently a sophomore in college. I am a part of a wonderful family. I love to run, bike and do anything outside. I love learning about health and nutrition. I love spending time with friends and having parties. I love traveling, exploring new places and making life an adventure.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know that I am a daughter of a Heavenly Father who loves me. I know that He knows me personally and that I am part of His eternal plan. I know that Jesus Christ is the son God and He is my older brother. I know that He lives and loves me it is through Jesus Christ and His atonement that I will be able to return to live with my Father in Heaven again. I am a Mormon because I know that families can be together forever by being sealed in the temple of God. I know that they family is the most important unit in the world and in it we can find true happiness. I know that I want to be with my family forever. I know the Book of Mormon is the word of God written down by ancient prophets and translated through the power of God by a latter day prophet Joseph Smith. I know that it was written for our day and that I can grow closer to my Heavenly Father by reading it. I know that the bible is also the word of God as long as it is translated correctly. I know that Tomas S. Monson is a latter day prophet today and that He leads and guides the church through modern revelation just like prophets of old. I have gained a personal testimony of these things and I know that they are real and true. My testimony has been continually strengthened and knowing these things has brought me so much happiness. I know who I am, I am a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I live my faith in everything I do. By striving to be a better person every single day and always trying to choose the right. It is through the little everyday choices that help me truly live the gospel. Through personal prayer with my Heavenly Father and daily scripture study I am strengthened. By attending all church meetings and activities I am constantly looked out for and lifted up by others. I live my faith by striving to be a better daughter, a better sister, and a better friend to everyone.
