Hi I'm Tricia

I grew up in Utah. I enjoy every day! and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love being on the go and constantly starting a new project. When I was in High School I also was working towards my associates degree in applied science and arts. I received that degree for Barbering and Cosmetology. I absolutely love doing hair. It has been one of my great passions ever since I was little. I have since made the decision that I want to be a teacher. I want to major in history with an emphasis in art, and minor in Italian and Spanish. My ultimate goal: I would love to travel the world, and teach from university to university teaching-in any language. Along with doing hair, and teaching, music is a big part of my life. I have a basic knowledge in several different instruments and love singing.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been born and raised in the church. I firmly believe that even if you were baptized at eight and follow the teachings of your parents, everyone still has a 'conversion' story. I have known a lot of loss in my life and at a very early age...but I think that is most of what secured my faith in the church. Those experiences have taught me that life is fragile, and that through the Lord I can be with my loved ones again. I have gained such a testimony of Joseph Smith and the enormous sacrifice that he made so that we may have the church in this present day. I know that the Jesus is our Savior and brother, and that he gave his life so that we may have a choice to follow his teachings. I am so thankful for everything that I have been taught thus-far and for the chance that I have to serve my mission.

How I live my faith

I have been called to several different youth quorum leadership positions. I have participated in being an aid/buddy for the special needs mutual activities; that was one of the most enjoyable and rewarding things I have ever done.
