Hi I'm Rozell

A Chemical Engineering graduate from the University of the Philippines. I love pets and reading books. I am a Mormon. :)

About Me

I'm just an ordinary young single adult with extraordinary family and friends. I am very grateful for being a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I have received a lot of blessings from following the Savior's commandments and examples to us. I am a Chemical Engineering graduate. I love Math and Engineering problems. Even if I finished my college already, I still continue on studying about the new innovations created and discovered today that can help us improve our future. I have a lot of pets! Guinea pig, hamsters, kittens, fish and I even had a chicken before. I also love reading books. The best book that I have read is The Book of Mormon. :)

Why I am a Mormon

My parents were already members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints before they were even married. Therefore, I was born LDS. I was baptized when I was 8 years old and became an official member of the church. During my college years, I entered into one of the most prestigious yet liberated university in our country. I met a lot of people who smoke, drink alcohol, make out in the corridors of our school building and talk about sensitive things casually. I started to see more clearly the life outside the church. The life without the gospel. And so I realized that the fullness of the gospel was really given in our time because we are the ones who need it the most. I realized that if we follow the counsels of our church leaders especially our living prophet, we will receive great blessings from our Heavenly Father which are more than what we expect. I will never ever leave this church. I know that this church is the only true church upon the face of the earth. I will forever be grateful for being a Mormon. :)

How I live my faith

I attend church meetings every Sunday and church activities, if ever there's any, to strengthen my faith and testimony to our Savior, Jesus Christ. I also read the scriptures, especially the Book of Mormon everyday. I am a Seminary teacher in our ward. As a seminary teacher, I teach the youth about the stories that we can learn in the scriptures and how we can apply the principles found there in our daily lives. I was called to this calling when I was 19 years old and I am loving this calling that Heavenly Father foreordained to me. This calling helped me to be spiritually matured enough to face the challenges that I am experiencing in this mortal life.
