Hi I'm Myrna

I grew up in Idaho and Utah, I taught elementary school for ten years. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am a wife, mother and a grandmother. I have seven children and seventeen grandchildren. I love to read good wholesome books, I love to crochett, I enjoy uplifting movies, nature, and I love to exercisl I enjoy learning about a healthy lifestyle, and making delicious healthy meals. I love my children and welcome each and every grandchild that comes into our home.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born a Mormon. My parents were strong, wonderful members of the church and they taught us through word and example. They were wonderful parents and I had a desire to follow their example. From following their example and doing the things they taught me I have gained a firm testimony of the gospel of Jesus Christ. I have read the Book of Mormon many times, and I know it is a true book that testifies of Jesus Christ.along with the Bible. I have learned about the power of prayer. I know that God hears and answers our prayers, and that His son, Jesus Christ, died for us and atoned for our sins. I am grateful for all that the gospel brings into my life. It brings me great joy and peace of mind.

How I live my faith

It is exciting to accept callings from our Bishop in our ward. Since I am a senior, I have had many callings in my life. I have enjoyed them all and have learned much and grown spiritually, and mentally from the calls. I guess my favorite calls were when I had a chance to work with the children, and with the women of our ward. I was called as the leader of each place, and had the opportunity of working with many wonderful people. The best call I have ever had though, is when I married my sweetheart in the Logan Temple and became a wife, and later a mother. I will always cherish my experiences in these callings.
