Hi I'm Belen

I'm an Argentine, I love musical theater, and I'm a mormon.

About Me

I'm currently an undergraduate student taking on the world! I have a passion for all things musical theater. I love to run long distance and play tennis. Hobbies include reading, hiking, camping, rock climbing, and Zumba. I enjoy putting together puzzles, playing the violin, and eating lots of chocolate. My hobbies also extend to the world of Super Smash Brothers and Just Dance 4.

Why I am a Mormon

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has shaped every aspect of the person I am today. I have learned the purpose of life by reading the Book of Mormon and know this book to be another testament of Jesus Christ, alongside the Bible. I remember truly reading its content for the first time when I was 13 years old and being encircled in the arms of my Heavenly Father. I could feel the love God had for me and knew then that I was one of his precious daughters. I love my Father in Heaven and have seen countless miracles and blessings in my life because of the restored gospel. I'm in no way perfect, but I know that through Christ's atoning sacrifice, I can return to live with God once more. I know that families are eternal and essential in God's plan of happiness. We are His children. He loves us and wishes to bless us as we strive to become more like our Savior Jesus Christ.

How I live my faith

I strive to wake up every morning with a smile on my face and the determination to be an instrument in God's hands. To me, living my faith means I'm constantly looking for opportunities to serve those around me by being a friend and showing my love through the time I render.

What do Mormons believe about family?

The family is central to God's eternal plan of happiness. He loves us so much and wants us to enjoy the joys that come from being a part of a family. I'm especially grateful to have been born from two wonderful parents who did everything in their power to better the lives of me and my siblings. If we follow God's commandments and the teachings of His son, Jesus Christ, we can have our families for eternity. Marriage between a man and a woman is incredibly sacred and ordained of God. It's not "till death do we part" for us because God has made it known that we can be together forever. Find our more by talking to the missionaries! Show more Show less
