Hi I'm Madison

Born and raised in Washington state. I love my family, I love my friends, I love this gospel.

About Me

I am one of four children to two amazing parents. I was born and raised in the beautiful Northwest, Washington. I have a burning love for golf and the satisfaction it brings to me. Many life lessons can come from the game. I enjoy all sports and being outdoors. Making a sack lunch and hiking to a location is one of my favorite things! I am secretly obsessed with cheetah, the pattern and of course ice cream but who isn't?! I am currently a Presidential Ambassador at a University while studying Radiology. I am happy, live every moment to the fullest and love this life!

Why I am a Mormon

I have been very fortunate enough to be able to be born and raised in the church but it took me some time to really understand what a blessing it was in my life. I know growing up I always went to church because mom and dad took me and my friends were there. I loved learning about Jesus and our purpose in life. I have always enjoyed the feeling that I recieve while being in the Lord's house. It took me a while to figure out the real meaning of the gospel and gain a testimony for myself. I always leaned on my parents testimony for the longest time. I can't share a lifechanging experience I had that made me gain a testimony, it was gradual. Just like the process of growing a tree. Once you plant a seed the tree doesn't sprout the next day. My conversion is still not over either. I am continually nourishing and growing my testimony. I know that this gospel is true. The understanding that it has brought into my life when so many people wonder, why am I here? Where did I come from? Where am I going? I know all the answers to that and have been taught that since day one. I know that God the Father is the creator of all things. He sent his son, Jesus Christ our Savior and Redeemer to this world to atone for our sins and be the perfect example to us. He not only came to this earth to die for us but to teach us how to live. I love my brother, Jesus Christ and my Heavenly Father. I communicate with my Father in Heaven multiple times a day. I love and appreciate his sacrifice of his only begotten son. This gospel has put the guidance and standards I need in my life and I know I would be a completely different person if I didn't have it. This gospel has changed my life and I know it can yours.

How I live my faith

Living my faith is simple. My religion is not just applied every sunday or even just on Christmas and Easter, it is my lifestyle. I live my religion every single day. Simply by being an example to others and always striving to be more Christ-like. I love my religion. I was born and raised in the LDS faith and couldn't be more blessed. I have always participated with my ward growing up and that surely hasn't changed and I know it won't. Without the church and structure it has in my life, I would be nothing. I go once a month visiting ladies around my same age to just talk and share a gospel message with them. I enjoy that time getting to know others and their worth. I love this gospel and would be no one without it.
