Hi I'm Quin Ficklin

I play Football for BYU. I'm a missionary. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have lived in Ohio, Indiana, Washington, Arizona, Utah and I am currently living New York as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I absolutely love playing sports. In high school I played Lacrosse and Football and I have been blessed with the opportunity to play football for Brigham Young University. I would rather see a good play over going to a movie. That usually surprises people because athletes aren't supposed to be cultured:)

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon, because I have gained a testimony of the truthfulness of the restored gospel of Jesus Christ. This testimony is something that can never be taken away from me. I know the Book of Mormon to be the word of God. I know this because I have read the Book and prayed to God the Father in the name of his son Jesus Christ asking if the Book of Mormon is his word. I have received personal revelation from God that it is in fact holy scripture. I hold this testimony dear to my heart and I am eternally grateful that Jesus Christ restored his gospel through the Prophet Joseph Smith and gave evidence of this restoration in the form of the Book of Mormon. I invite all men to read the Book of Mormon and seek a knowledge of its truthfulness.

How I live my faith

I am a Missionary for the church so I spend all day everyday serving people for the Lord and helping people to come unto Christ. Charity is known to be the pure love of Christ so that is why I am constantly doing service for others. I truly love sharing my testimony of the reality of Jesus Christ and his atonement. I have felt the cleansing power of the atonement and I am grateful for it. I invite people everyday to apply the balm of Gilead to themselves to feel clean and forgiven.
