Hi I'm Austin

I live in Mesa, Arizona, I love football, I attend Brigham Young University, and I am a Mormon.

About Me

I love all kinds of sports and love to play them as well. Especially football, which I played in high school. I also am a student at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, and am a huge fan of Cougar athletics. In about a month, I will leave on my mission and serve in the Curitiba, Brazil mission. I cannot wait to set two years aside to serve the Lord. Some of my other interests include history, especially World War 2. I find the past fascinating and love learning about it whenever I can. My family consists of myself, my mom and dad, and my brother Hayden, and two sisters Taylor and Britin. I love my family and all the support they continually give me.

Why I am a Mormon

Like many, I was born into this great church and raised to believe its teachings and doctirnes. However, I admit that at times I have had my doubts about thins, and my testimony has been weak at times. Despite this, I have recieved personal revelation for myself that this church is true and that the Book of Mormon is the word of God. With this knowledge, I cannot deny this church, and I know that the things it teaches are true, so I must follow it. I invite any who are unsure about their testimony or have any doubts or questions about this gospel to take them to the Lord. He loves us and will answer our prayers if we have real intent.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by preparing myself to serve my mission each and every day. In the world that we live in, it is hard to stay on the straight and narrow path and continually choose the right. However, I know that serving a mission is the most important thing in my life right now, and I have to keep focused on that. To me, that is my calling in the church at this time, to stay worthy and prepare everyday to serve.
