Hi I'm Bryce

I'm from Indiana. I love music and different cultures. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a college student majoring in Spanish . I love the Spanish language and also I love Latin culture. for two years I lived in Perú in South America and fell in love with the language and the latin people. I'm an avid music fan. I love collecting vinyl records and discovering new music. I also play the bass , guitar , drums , keyboards , and I sing. I love getting my hands on an instrument I've never played and learn how to playing something on it. I'm an upbeat , happy guy that loves life. I am recently married and loving married life!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints because I received a personal answer from God through prayer. My parents are also members of the church , so I grew up a member. When I reach 15/16 years old I really asked myself if I personally knew it was true or I thought so because it was what I had been taught. I read the book of mormon frequently and I prayer to Heavenly Father and asked if Joseph Smith really was a prophet and if the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints was the true church. The feeling that I received afterwards was unforgettable. I felt a sense of relief and of peace so strong that I had never felt in my life. That is a feeling that no one can debate me on or take away from me. That was the start of my testimony. When I went on my mission to Perú I had the chance to live that testimony. I taught people daily about the importance of the teachings of Jesus Christ and on the message of the Restoration. I saw peoples' lives change and by "living" my testimony daily , my testimony became rock solid. I know that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is the true church , with a prophet and apostles just as Christ had established his church. I know that through the Spirit , everyone can come to know that it is true. The Atonement of Jesus Christ heals all wounds , external and internal , and helps us feel true joy in our lives.

How I live my faith

I recently returned from a two year mission in Perú. A mission is a two year volunteer service in which young men and young woman leave home for two years and teach people about Jesus Christ and the blessings his teachings bring to our lives. In my college branch I serve as a branch missionary. I go to teaching appointments with the missionaries that serve here and help them teach the gospel to people that desire to learn more about our church/religion.
