Hi I'm Sandra

I'm a child of divorced parents. I homeschool my kids. I love my family, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a stay at home mom to five kids. It's a little crazy here, but we like it. I love theatre and music and I play the piano and sing all the time. We homeschool the kids and enjoy spending time together. We all love to read books and learn everything we can! Sometimes we can get on each other's nerves, but we do love each other very much. I want to be with my family forever, not matter how annoying we are!

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the LDS faith and always knew of the truths it taught. I gained a really strong testimony of my status as a Child of God as a teenager when I was going through a rough patch of self dislike. I learned that I am special, that God loves me, and He will always be there for me. I know that Christ is MY Savior, and MY redeemer, not just everyone else's. As I continue throughout my life as a wife and mother, I know that as long as I am striving to follow Jesus' example, He will continue to bless me. No matter what my mistakes and sins are, He is there for me!

How I live my faith

I am the leader of our children's program at church. I love seeing each child light up when they feel the Spirit or learn a basic truth of Christ's gospel. I want all of the children I see to feel His love for them and to know that they are a Child of God. I also like to organize fun activities for the children (and adults) in our church so that they can get to know each other and realize that all of God's children are different and special.
