Hi I'm Heather

I'm a mormon and I love it!

About Me

I am 19 years old and just finished my first year at Brigham young university Idaho! I loved it! I was fortunate to meet some amazing people and learn so much in despite of freezing in that Idaho weather. Now that I am home in California I am working at my moms preschool and enjoying time with my family and new nephew! I’m watching my younger siblings grow up and build their personality while I also learning from my older two sisters as they both have gotten married and are starting their own families. I am majoring in human biology and although I am only a CAN now I will eventually will be a registered nurse. In a few weeks I will be leaving home again to serve a full time LDS mission in St Louis Missouri! Im thrilled to have the chance to share the gospel! It can change lives, its changed mine.

Why I am a Mormon

The power of prayer is nothing short of miraculous. I have felt his presence, I have heard his answers, and I know for myself it is true. Being a member of this church is apart of every aspect of my life! Its what makes my life so great! I am truly blessed!

How I live my faith

Good works! One thing that has the power to cheer you up! Guarantees a smile on your face, bring a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction! Love and kindness is serving those around you. I am always looking for ways to help! It can be something so easy and small to you, so small you don’t even notice you did it but it could be the world to someone else. Serve with a kind smile and a grateful heart in every possible way! This is one of the things that has shaped my life and it all started with faith and a desire to be better. I am grateful for the many opportunities I have to serve! I teach the 3 year old children at church and I do my best to help them learn ways to Choose the Right, Be Examples, show gratitude and to try their best to be like jesus. Each week they teach me.
