Hi I'm Cody

I'm a college student. I'm an avid sports fan. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My name is Cody. I am currently serving a full time LDS mission in Mexico City. I love to play or watch all kinds of sports and I love to be active with my friends. I went to Ciudad Juarez, Mexico for my Eagle Scout Project and helped bring Christmas to the less fortunate. I am a very social person and have a laid back personality.

Why I am a Mormon

Being a Mormon has always been second nature for me. I was born into a family that is very active in their callings and always participate in church functions and meetings. I knew that I wanted to be a member of the church when I was baptized at the age of 8. I knew for myself that I wanted to be a Mormon and I wanted to live a worthy life and follow the gospel of Jesus Christ. Although I have made mistakes in the past, through the power of repentance and forgiveness I have been able to stay strong in the gospel and be worthy to enter the Lord's house and serve a full time mission.

How I live my faith

Living my faith has always been a good thing for me. I have had different callings dealing with helping my peers in the church. I have been assigned as a leader multiple times to help plan activities and bring others to the church. I am currently a ward missionary and am working with multiple members in my ward to come back to church or to become members. Currently I am serving a mission and am helping others come unto Christ by finding faith in Christ and His Atonement, repentance, baptism, receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost, and enduring to the end.
