Hi I'm Cooper Hullinger

I'm a country boy from Idaho, an athlete, a brother and I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am an athletic individual and enjoy being outdoors and being active. I love the church and am thankful my ancestors joined. I enjoy snowboarding, playing lacrosse and football and pretty much every sport available. I enjoy being social and around people. i am a very intellectual person and enjoy learning and researching. I like learning new things and applying them into my daily life. i am currently on a mission now and am serving with all my heart, might, mind and strength. if you are in an area where there are missionaries, seek them out! they can help with anything. ask them to do service. Don't feel badly about asking them, they need the work and would love to help with anything you have to do.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I decided to be. i wanted to know and now i know that this church is true because I have fasted and prayed to know. there are many reasons that this church is true but our invitation as church members is always the same. "Read the Book of Mormon and ask God, in the name of Jesus Christ if it is true." Pray sincerely and i promise you that you will receive and answer to your prayers in time. If you do not get an answer at first, keep praying. Your Father in Heaven hears and will answer your prayers in His own due time.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by keeping true to the doctrines and principles the Church teaches. there is no greater joy than doing all you can to follow Christ and become a disciple or follower of Him. He is your brother and loves you very dearly. He wants you to follow Him and become closer to Him as well as your Father in Heaven.

What will the Mormon missionaries talk about when they visit my home?

Cooper Hullinger
We share a message that brings families closer together and can help strengthen that relationship. we testify of Jesus Christ. he is the savior and redeemer of the world. he loves us dearly. They teach about our Heavenly Father’s great plan of salvation, which allows all people the opportunity to return to Him. Show more Show less

Mormons believe Jesus Christ is their Savior. Why do we need a Savior?

Cooper Hullinger
We need a Savior because we all fall short of perfect. We all sin every day and no unclean thing can be with God so we need a Savior to step in and act as a third party so justice and mercy can be satisfied. God must judge justly, if He does not he is not a true God. But He is so He judges justly which means without a Savior, none of us will enter into His presence. We desire mercy because we know that we are not perfect. We know that we sin and have done wrong in the sight of God. For both mercy and justice to be granted a third party needs to step in and pay the debt we owe so God can have justice. Imagine a bike. Jesus has paid for the bike and the few dollars we add are there to add value to it for us. that is repentance. Now some of you might think, "well it doesn't matter because i destroyed the bike." Christ has a garage full of bikes and many more bikes than that garage can hold. He is willing to give you another one so long as you keep trying your best. As long as you are doing all you can to stay clean and follow the commandments, He will graciously give you another bike. All because He loves you and wants you to return to Him again.
