Hi I'm Evelin

I'm from Estonia, a country where we love singing. Music, art and anything cultural is what I enjoy most. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

The last couple of years I have spent time in different countries, working and travelling. I love learning about other cultures and meeting new people. These experinces have broadened my view of things and provided a way to grow. Another thing I enjoy very much is sports. Especially playing tennis and volleyball.

Why I am a Mormon

When I was 14, I was looking for something, but couldn't really put it into words. I decided, I wanted to be baptized into Lutheran church. I wasn't sure why, but for some reason I felt it was important to be baptized and Lutheran faith is the most common in Estonia. But that is not what happened. After I unconsciously started to act upon my feelings, I met the LDS missionaries at a bus stop. They introduced a little bit about their faith and fast forward, now I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. It literally felt good to me when I attended church. I began yearning for that warm and comforting feeling I felt when I was there. And it still feels like that.

How I live my faith

At the moment I'm a missionary for the Church. It means talking to people about the gospel and sharing values and truths that have helped me understand better who I am and where I want to go.
