Hi I'm Emily

I grew up in St. George, Utah. I am the only girl in a family of seven brothers. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in St. George Utah in a family of seven brothers. I attended BYU for a year in a half. While there I was studying Technology and Engineering Education. I am now currently serving a mission for the LDS church in the New York, New York North Mission.I have been an active member of the church my whole life. I love boating, biking, hiking, volleyball, and reading books.

Why I am a Mormon

I have chosen to be a Mormon because I have found that the gospel of Jesus Christ is what brings me the most peace, joy, and fulfillment in life. The gospel has shown me who I am and who I can become. I have felt in my heart countless times the confirmation that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is truly Christ church. I love how simple the doctrine is. It makes sense to me. I know that if we apply those doctrines into our lives that we can change for the better. I have seen this in my own life and in the lives of those that I have been given the opportunity to teach in New York.

How I live my faith

Right now, I am on a mission in New York sharing with others my testimony of how the gospel of Jesus Christ has blessed my life. Growing up in the church I have had many opportunities to serve both within the church and the community.
