Hi I'm Trevor Anderson

I love the Snow, I love the Steelers, I am currently serving the Lord in Sacramento California and I am a Mormon.

About Me

I love to ride bikes and be with family. I am the youngest of three children and grew up in the great state of Utah. I am serving in Sacramento and I love it. I love to ski and I love the snow.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the church but I love this church it helps me everyday to become a better person and I know that this church is true and can help us back to our Heavenly Father again. A few years ago something really bad happened to my dad and We took him to the hospital and they couldn't figure out what was wrong so my uncles gave him a blessing and immediately after that he felt better and it was looking better. At that point I knew that this church was true and that we are Gods children and in order to return to Him someday We have to become like His Son and follow in His footsteps. I love being able to serve the people of Sacramento and teach them about the Restored Gospel. Because I grew up in this church I didn't gain a testimony but when I was preparing to serve a mission I read the Book of Mormon and when I read and prayed I felt such a strong feeling and at that point I knew in my heart that it was true and that Joseph Smith is a prophet and that is why I am a Mormon.

How I live my faith

Right now i am currently serving my mission in the California Sacramento mission. I love being able to serve the lord and the people of Sacramento! As a missionary we go around helping people build their faith in Jesus Christ. I love being able to do this because it not only helping the people but it also helps me build my faith and strengthen that faith. I love sharing the Book of Mormon and how it can help and strengthen our lives. As missionaries we are blessed with the opportunity to share Gods love with his children and as we do that we also feel of Gods love in our lives. I love my Heavenly Father and that's why I share this message with those around me and Live my Faith.

What do Mormons believe is the purpose of life?

Trevor Anderson
The purpose of this life is to prepare to meet god. The ways that we prepare to meet god are explained in the Bible and in The Book of Mormon. We are here to receive a body and to have experiences to help us learn and grow. We are also here so we can strive to become like our Heavenly Father by having faith in his son Jesus Christ, repenting of our sins, Being baptized by someone who holds the proper priesthood authority of god, Receiving the Gift of the Holy Ghost and Enduring to the end. And last but not least here to form family relationships so that they can be eternal. Show more Show less
