Hi I'm Jared

I'm from Utah. I recently returned from a LDS mission in Argentina. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I enjoy playing basketball, soccer, and running. I also enjoy animals and raised cows and sheep when I was younger for 4-H and FFA. I recently returned from Argentina where I was a missionary and am studying to be a lawyer.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because it makes me happy and brings me peace in this life. It gives me hope in a world that has many trials and challenges. I have confidence that things will work out despite all the challenges because Jesus Christ is our Savior and cares for us. Believing and living in this way brings me happiness and helps me to live in harmony with my family and the drive to work to be a better person. It also gives me confidence that I can always improve and do better and don't have to be caught up in the past. I know that as long as I keep trying to improve and do better that the Savior will help me to overcome my weaknesses and come closer to Him. This brings me joy and hope for a bright future, it motivates me to always keep going.

How I live my faith

I live my faith through my actions in my everyday life. I believe that our everday choices and actions should reflect my faith and that faith is a principle of action. I work to invite others to come to activities to meet new people and make new friends. I strive to be honorable in my interactions with others and live in a manner that others can see my faith through the way I live.
