Hi I'm Kalee

I grew up in the Gila Valley, AZ. I'm a singer, and a runner. And I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love life! Some hobbies of mine are singing, baking, traveling, and reading. I love trying new things. I am in Quartets at my high school where I sing Soprano 2 and Alto 1. I'm a vegetarian. I run cross-country, and I love to work out and eat healthy. I love Disney and I love the beach. I am a member of Future Business Leaders of America, and the president of our school's Spanish Club. After graduating high school, I want to go to college at BYU. I also want to serve a mission for the Church. I would love to own a gym and teach yoga classes. I plan on being married in the temple and being an awesome wife and mom.

Why I am a Mormon

I love being a member of the Church because it helps me live the gospel of Jesus Christ. My ultimate goal is to become like Jesus Christ, return to my Heavenly Father, and have an eternal family. Because of the Church this is possible because I can be baptized, take the sacrament, be forgiven of my sins, and be sealed as an eternal family. Without the church we wouldn't have the ordinances neccessary for exaltation. The church provides support through friends and leaders. Going to church every week, I hear talks and lessons that strengthen my faith and remind me whats important. The scriptures teach important truths including why we are here on Earth and how we can return to live with God. When I read the scriptures I become closer to God and find strength to withstand trails and temptations.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by being the best person I can be, and loving and serving others. I do my best to be kind to others, dress modestly, and I work hard to develop my talents and learn as much as I can. I believe in honesty, hard work, graditude, and virtue and I live these principles and see how they bless my life. In my Young Womens class I help organize events that are fun, and often service-related and I enjoy being in my ward choir. I read the scriptures every day and try to be the best person I can be.
