Hi I'm Scott

I was born and raised in Utah. I love skiing and motorcycle riding. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love skiing and being in the outdoors. Naturally, I love camping as well and hiking as well. I also enjoy motorcycle riding and tennis. Rock climbing, wally-ball, four-wheeling. Generally if it involves being active or outside I'm there.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I have felt the Savior's hand in my life. I have had the Holy Ghost, another member of the God head, bear witness to my soul that this is the gospel of Jesus Christ, that Christ came down to the Earth to atone for our sins so that we can someday return and live with Him and our Heavenly Father. They watch over us in our daily lives and want to bless us with things that we need. However, we must be living in such a way that we meet the standards that the Lord has set. When we do this, the blessings from heaven pour out upon us like rain and we don't even realize all that the Lord has done for us. Jesus is the Christ and we can live forever with Him and our Heavenly Father if we simply turn to the Lord and do what He has asked us to do.

How I live my faith

I live my faith simply because it has become a part of me. We are a temple going people and in order to attend the temple, or The House of the Lord, you must be worthy. I typically base my decisions off of whether or not it helps me keep or lose my ability to attend the temple. If you do it right it becomes part of who you are and choices of whether or not something is the right thing to do become a piece of cake.
