Hi I'm Dionco

from Detroit Michigan, I love indoor and outdoor sports, anything from basket ball to canoeing, I like to explore and I'm a Mormon

About Me

Having been converted to the Gospel more fully than ever in year 2011, I have found joy, peace and strength. Throughout my conversion, I've "hit the ground running", and since then much much has been accomplished. A joy of mine is music of all kinds even my own. Realization: it hit me, I can not be easily offended and a follower of Christ, but I am easily entertained and will party from start to finish. Growing up in the thick of the city, I know more than anything that daily choices are a huge factor and only the determine soul will overcome trials. With experience gained and faith developed all things are possible.

Why I am a Mormon

There is no place like home. I have found the truth in all my searching. As I had recognized that there were people who wore name tags that represent Latter-Day Saints, I did not know much more. I felt more prepared than any other time to meet and except the message of the missionaries. Up till that point through out my life I had been learning to live God's standards and morals for me, which were practiced within the faith. It was relieving to know that there was a body of believers out there that believed what I believed, and they were found in unity at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I know that this is Christ church and it lives just as he does. As I apply it's truth to all I do it fits me like a glove.

How I live my faith

Everyday I seek ways to strengthen my faith. It involves a lot of self-evaluation and prayer and I often find things to be grateful for. Rather than pouting about the things that are out of my control, I smile for the things that are going well. I love to draw from past joyous experience, even though times still get tough, I know that I have already over come something similar. I like to accept every calling or assignment I receive and strive to do my very best, and if anything I lack I know heavenly father does the rest!
