Hi I'm Nathan

I am proud to be a Mormon! I'm preparing to serve a mission. I love to be outdoors and love my family more than anything!

About Me

I am a college student at BYU studying to become a Mechanical Engineer. I am serving a mission in Brazil, and am so excited for this chance to serve the Lord. I am the second child of six. I have one older brother who is serving a mission in Chile, and three fun little brothers, and one little sister. I love to spend time with my family want to spend eternity with them. I love to camp, hike, bike, snowboard, swim, play any sport, and play with my little siblings. I play the piano, clarinet, and saxophone.

Why I am a Mormon

I am proud to be a Mormon because I know that this church is true. I know that the Book of Mormon is the word of God and testifies of Jesus Christ and what He means in my life. I have grown up in the church, but have learned for myself of its fullness and truth. I have seen the blessings that the gospel brings into my life and always want to be worthy to receive those blessings. I know that families are forever, and that someday I will be reunited with my family and be able to live with them forever. I love my Heavenly Father and know that he loves and knows me individually. I know that he watches over me and protects me and is a part of my everyday life. I know that he guides me in my decisions I make everyday through the spirit.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by living in a way that I know Heavenly Father would want me to. I try to be the best example that I can be of someone who is living the gospel and trying to become closer to Christ. I look for opportunities to serve others around me, and reach out where I can. I strive to live so that someone can know what I believe and stand for by seeing how I act and what I do. I serve as a primary teacher, where I teach kids 8-9 years old about the gospel. I strive to live in a way that my heavenly father wants me to be because he has blessed me so much. I love my family and try to be a good example for my little siblings, and look for opportunities to share what I know about the church with them in simple ways.
