Hi I'm Brennan

I was born and raised in Idaho. I like to meet people. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I like to watch baseball. I study computers at my university. My New Year's resolution for the past 6 years has been 'Drink more water.'

Why I am a Mormon

I have Mormon parents who taught me about the Church and wanted me to actively participate in it. When I reached adolescence, I started having serious doubts about the Church, especially the story of Joseph Smith and what he said he saw. Despite my doubts, I prayed sincerely to God and asked him to help me know what was true and what I should do. In time, I was blessed with an experience that is very personal and sacred. I really received a divine answer to my prayer. Through feeling and thoughts that the Lord gave me through His Holy Spirit, I came to a firm belief that the experience of Joseph Smith was authentic. Through that same divine Spirit, I came to believe also in the commandments, the reality of modern prophets, the life of Jesus Christ, and many other teachings in the Church. I continue actively participating in the Church because I continue to feel the influence of that Holy Ghost as I do.

How I live my faith

I have spent the last two years as a missionary for the Church in southern Italy. As such, I was a full-time representative of the Church and I worked every day to teach people more about Jesus Christ and how to be closer to Him. I tried to always look for opportunities to help people using Christ's teachings.

What is being a Mormon like?

To be Mormon is to belong to a huge, international family. I know that anywhere I travel in the world, I will find people who will love me as a fellow member if the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I feel like I am always at home as a Mormon. Show more Show less
