Hi I'm Kiah

I'm from little Blackfoot, Idaho, I eat and breath music, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I LOVE to sing and act. I've been on different and many stages my entire life, and during high school I was so intrigued by music and how it works that I've decided to declare Vocal Performance as my major at college. Acting is in my blood, and I'm always in some sort of theater production. I love to be happy, and I love for others to be happy as well. Little children and elderly people are my absolute favorite (alright, so is everyone else.) I'm quirky, pleasant, I love to laugh, and I am absolutely blessed.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I know that my family can be together forever, and that I can live with my wonderful Father in Heaven someday as I stay strong and remember how blessed I am to be His daughter. My siblings and parents are my very best friends. I'm the oldest of five, and when I went to my first semester of college, I realized how much I absolutely LOVE my family! I'd be nothing without them. My parents introduced me to the gospel from the moment I was born, and they are perfect examples of how to live a Christlike life. My mother is an angel; ask anyone. I have a lot to live up to, but I am so ready for the challenge. My grandparents were converted to the church shortly after my mother was born, and they are so full of our Father in Heaven's spirit, that it's impossible to not feel it. They are the smartest people I know, and to say they believe in something false is completely illogical. The gospel of Jesus Christ is perfect and completely logical. It makes sense! My Heavenly Father loves me, and I know that He loves every single one of His children. That is why I am a Mormon, and why I love every second of it.

How I live my faith

Being a member of the Church of Jesus Christ has helped me grow into the woman I want to be. As I go to church every Sunday, plan and attend activities throughout the week, and as I study The Book of Mormon, my life is organized, calm, and a total party. I love to live life as a Mormon.

What is being a Mormon like?

It's a blast. It's so much fun! There is so much peace and pure happiness in the gospel of Jesus Christ. Life gets crazy no matter who you are or what your situation is, but being a Mormon gives so much comfort and so much hope for a brighter tomorrow. There are always fun activities to be a part of, and people just love you. It's like being at home all the time; warm, happy, loving, comfortable, and peaceful. It positively rocks! What is the Mormon lifestyle like? How do Mormons live?

We have normal jobs, normal homes, and we really are normal people. But with all of this normality, we have something so much greater! We know that we can be together as families FOREVER. Not "till death do us part", but forever. We know that as we live righteously, and in harmony with the gospel of Jesus Christ, we will be able to be with our Father in Heaven. We wake up, eat normal food (minus alcohol, drugs, or cigarettes), go to normal schools, and are encouraged to live so that anyone can see the light of Christ shine through us. It's the best kind of normal in the universe. Show more Show less
