Hi I'm Britton Youngstrom

I'm a gymnastics coach and cheer coach. I love the out doors and my family. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I've have been a gymnast for eight years now. I love the sport because it has taught me perseverence and how to work hard for something that is important to you. I practice four hours a day five days a week and love it. I also did a little bit of cheer in high school. The cheerleaders thought I was pretty cool because I did gymnastics and could tumble pretty good. I love anything that has to do with the out doors; Hiking, Swimming, Rock Climbing, Biking, and Running. I'm currently serving a two year mission as a missionary of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I love meeting new people and sharing what I know. I love serving the Lord with anybody and everybody.

Why I am a Mormon

I was baptized and became a member of the chuch when I was eight years old. Since then I've had many challenges in my life, but the church has always been there for me. The members were a major comforter in my life because they always seemed to know what to say to make me feel better. As I've grown older I've slowly transitioned from needing help to giving advice. It is a great feeling to be able help a struggling youth through a tough time in their life. I know that the gospel can help anybody and everybody who turn to it for guidence and help. I know that the Book of Mormon is true and that the message it contains holds the true gospel once again restored on this earth. I know that God and Jesus Christ have always been there for me, even in my darkest times, to lift up my spirit and make my day a better day. I know these things with all my heart. In the name of Jesus Christ, our Redeemer and Saviour, amen.

How I live my faith

As a gymnast and cheerleader, I was in many parades in my community. I loved getting out there and show off what I learned recently. I loved the sound of ooohs and awws and would do a double back flip. I love coaching Cheer and Gymnastics. It is a amazing feeling when one of my gymnasts or cheerleaders learned something new and wanted to show it off to the world. I also helped out in our schools religous program, Seminary. I would plan and schedual meetings and learning activities. My day would start at five thirty every morning. I would go to cheer before school, go to school, go strait to gymnastics, and then get home around ten o'clock at night. It all got very stressful but through my faith that the Lord would help me I could make it though the day.
