Hi I'm Austin

I was born in Idaho and grew up in Hurricane Utah. I am a Missionary serving in the California Anaheim Mission. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to weld and work with my hands. I am also a mechanic and have worked in an auto shop, on a large farm in southern Idaho, and for a construction company laying fiber optic. I love horses and working with animals. I served as the Hurricane High FFA Chapter President and participated in the Junior Dixie Livestock Show. My Father is a truck driver and taught me to drive his semi truck when i was 11 years old and i have been driving ever since. I play the guitar and love music.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latterday Saints because I know that what is taught in this church is true. I know that the Lord knows me and loves me and that he leads this church. I know that the Holy Ghost is real and that he watches over me at all times. i know that Joseph Smith is a true prophet and he did restore the true gospel. I am so grateful for the Gospel and the happiness it brings me in my life.

How I live my faith

I have served in many leadership positions in the Aronic Priesthood and also as a home teacher. I helped to plan activities and keep quorm members coming regularly. As a home teacher my partner and I would go visit our assigned families each month and make sure they were doing well and that there needs were being met. I am now serving a mission in Anaheim California and i love it. Serving as a missionary has changed my outlook on life and has helped me to draw closer to my savior Jesus Christ. As missionaries we do all that we can to serve others and brings those whom the Lord has prepared to Christ.
