Hi I'm Christine

I am the Mother of 6 wonderful children 3 girls and 3 boys. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I was born into a family of wonderful parents. I now have 4 living brothers and 1 sister. I have never doubted my membership in the Mormon Church and haven’t had a converting miracle to convince me of this. I just know that it is true. Life is good. We have a plan to live by, we have a prophet to guide us, we have 12 apostles, as in the time of Christ, to guide us. It has always been a comforting feeling for me to be a member of the church with wonderful people has confirmed in my mind and heart that this church is where I want to be. When we have lived out of state or been in a different place for work or a trip, it is nice to have a ready made family, someone to do things with, someone to love and a place of belonging. I am a Mormon and really proud to say that.

Why I am a Mormon

My father baptized and confirmed me when I was eight years old. I have chose to remain active in the church throughout my life. I have a sense of peace with the type of life I live as a member of the church. I know we have a prophet that leads and guides us both by example and by his teachings. I have siblings and children that have strong testimonies too. I am proud to be a Mormon, to read the Book of Mormon and to have a Heavenly Father that I can pray to for guidance in my life and in my decisions. I'm a Mormon because I can be with my family throughout Eternity. That is a great blessing we have been promised if we keep the commandments of Jesus Christ and do as the Holy Ghost, which was given to me when i was confirmed a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day saints, prompts us to do. These are a few of the reasons that I am a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by striving to keep God’s commandments. I love people and I love to help them. I love to take meals to those in need and take blankets to new babies. I am a protector of my children and my husband and I are their biggest cheerleaders. I want our home to be a safe haven for our family and for anyone else that is here with us. We have a saying that your name is safe in our home. Hopefully I show a good example to those that I meet.
