Hi I'm Taylor

I'm a student at the University of Utah, I love to be outdoors, & I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Hello, My name is Taylor! I'm a working college student and love to learn new things. I love to play sports, especially soccer. I also love hanging out with my friends and to be in the outdoors. One cool thing about me is that I've hiked the 70 miles of the Appalachian Trail that runs through the Smokey Mountains.

Why I am a Mormon

I am Mormon because I have a personal testimony of the gospel of Jesus Christ. I was born into The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints but I knew I needed to gain a testimony of my own. My grandparents were my examples of how to live the gospel. At a young age I had to choose whether I would go to church to make my grandparents happy or because I wanted to be happy. I continued to go because I knew that there was something special about what was being taught. As I've grown older, I have put the things I have learned to the test and my testimony has grown strong. Today I have a testimony of my own that I know that Jesus Christ is the son of our Heavenly Father and that he died for all of our troubles and heart-aches. I know that he is my redeemer, my teacher, my brother, and my friend. I know that Thomas S. Monson is a true prophet of God and that he is inspired to receive revelation for the whole earth. I know that Joseph Smith was a true prophet of God and that he is the prophet that restored the gospel on the earth today. I know that the Book of Mormon was translated by Joseph Smith through the power of the Holy Ghost. I know and have experienced the blessings of living this Gospel; I see it every day of my life. I know it, I live it, I LOVE it!

How I live my faith

I live my faith by serving those around me.
