Hi I'm Parker

I grew up in Meridian, Idaho. I am a distance runner. I'm a mormon.

About Me

I am from Meridian, Idaho. I love to read any book that I can get my hands on. I am a distance runner. I love all sports, but am not too great at most. I recently attended Brigham Young University-Hawaii, before I got my mission call to the Philippines. I am studying to become an english teacher for high school. I grew up LDS.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in the LDS religion, but I always thought maybe there was something else out there that was more true. I actually searched a few other religions to see if this hunch was true. In my search for something new, I discovered that the religion I was a part of was actually the one that I had been searching for. Although the churches I investigated weren't bad, they were altogether missing one or more ingredients that I felt were essential to the truth. I'm a member of the LDS religion, because I have seen and felt the effects of being a faithful member of this religion. I am LDS because I know the truth.

How I live my faith

I am doing my best with the things the Lord has blessed me with. I try to serve when I have the opportunity to do so, and I serve as faithfully in the callings I am offered by my church leaders as I can.

How can faith in Jesus Christ influence us in our marriages and family relationships? in our friendships?

Parker
Jesus Christ went through all our troubles in life, and I know that if I have faith in Him, I will always receive the correct guidance to conquer any trial. Every relationship has one common thing to worry about, trust. If both members have the proper know how, and faith in each other, any obstacle can be overcome. The most important faith is in Christ, because if you both have the same faith, so much stronger can your relationships become. Show more Show less
