Hi I'm Sarah

I grew up in St. George. I am a convert and became a member when i was 14. I am a mormon!

About Me

My name is Sarah. I have been a member of this church for six years. I was in foster care for four years until i found the family that adopted me when i was 17. It is the best thing that has ever happened to me. I love to sing and write my own songs. I love to dance and act. I love to play sports and do anything outdoors. I was going to college, but now i am going on a mission. I am so excited to go on a mission and share this gospel with others. I hope to change their lives like someone did for me.

Why I am a Mormon

I joined this church for six years now. I have never felt something so powerful but yet so peaceful at the same time until i was introduced to this gospel. It has helped me overcome so much in my life. It has helped me find myself and see/seek true happiness. growing up I was not loved. My family did not care about me and told me often. All i wanted was someone to love me and make me feel wanted. I went into foster care when i was 14, it was the best thing that ever happened to me. I was introduced to this gospel and was able to find everything i was looking for. This is the true church, and i am so grateful for it. I am so grateful that i have been able to grow and learn like i have and to find the gospel. This gospel changes lives for the better. It is so true, once you feel the spirit you cannot say that you don't believe. I am so grateful that families can be together forever and not just in this life. I know that if you need help with Anything, all you have to do is pray and ask him for help. I have had my prayers answered so many times. I am so grateful for the examples we get to read about in the scriptures. I am also grateful for the spirit. The spirit never gives up on you like our heavenly father never gives up on us. The spirit helps us make the best decision we can make. I am also so grateful for the love that heavenly father has for all of us. He loves us all so much and trys to show us everyday but we have to have our eyes open to see his love. This gospel has changed my life and i know that it can change yours too!

How I live my faith

I was the president of the group of the older girls in church. I would help plan activites and would give lessons during church. I was someone that the girls could go to when they needed help with anything or just needed to talk. I also helped out with the younger girls and would be someone they could go to and i helped plan activites for them also. I was in the presidency of the women. we would plan activites and give lessons each sunday. we would teach about how to be good mothers/wives. we would teach how amazing women are and how much the lord loves and needs us. I was a camp leader for 3 years for the young women.
