Hi I'm David

I was born and raised in American Fork Utah, I love sports and other physical activities, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have quite a few hobbies, one of my favorite hobby is soccer. I have played soccer since I was 6 and have played on club and school teams. I also enjoy woodwork. I have made many wooden pens and spinning tops as well as vases, candlesticks and osther small projects. My Dad and I also made a wooden canoe paddle for a high adventure. I also love target shooting. I am best at shooting clay pigeons with shotguns, but I also enjoy shooting rifles and pistols. I love running. I ran Cross Country with my school to get in shape for soccer, but I ended up loving it and going on to run a marathon in October 2011. I am on my mission, called to serve the people of Vladivostok Russia.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know that this gospel is the one true gospel. I have received personal confirmation of its truth. I continue to follow the gospel because I love it, and God loves and protects me in everything I do. as I follow His commandments I can feel his spirit and protection with me to guide and guard me from the influences of Satan. I know that this church is true, I love this gospel and I am very grateful for all of the blessings that I have been given from living this gospel. I know that life is hard for everybody. We all make mistakes and go through trials that we simply cannot control, but I know that through Christ's atonement, our sins can be made right, and he can help us through any and all of our trials.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by doing my best to be active in obeying commandments and suggestions from God and Church leadership. I have participated in many service projects, I have been a home teacher for four years, and I have had the opportunity of being my ward's deacon's quorum counsillor and later president, Teacher's quorum councillor and later president, and finally Priest quorum assistent. I have greatly enjoyed
